Designed as companion pieces to the Hays Global Talent Tracker, an interactive microsite, with data developed in partnership with Oxford Economics, these workforce snapshots translate complex labour market data into clear, visual summaries.

I was tasked with creating a workforce snapshot for 12 countries. Each layout highlights key metrics like workforce participation, sector growth, and innovation rankings, through accessible infographics and clean structured typography, while maintaining visual consistency across each country snapshot.

The goal was to turn a static report into a useful tool, something that readers could quickly interpret, compare, and act on while maintaining Hays’ visual identity, and clean data-led design.
