As part of Hays’ global brand refresh, I developed a new brand illustration style focused on connection. Moving away from the previous corporate isometric look, I introduced simple, fluid illustrations linked by a continuous line to reflect how Hays connects people and businesses together.

The illustrations feature a gradient accent, which calls back to the arrow graphic device featured in the new visual identity. To streamline the creative process, I developed clear, easy to follow guidelines, giving regional designers the tools to create their own illustrations while keeping a consistent look and feel, in addition to a library of over 150 ready-to-use illustrations.

The illustrations are now used globally across offices, digital communications, campaigns, and social media, reaching over 9 million followers.
