Built as companions to the Hays Global Talent Tracker, these workforce snapshots were created to make complex labour data feel understandable at a glance. By translating dense metrics into simple visuals across 12 countries, the project turns a traditionally static report into something people can quickly read, compare, and act on. This project included the creation of 12 separate country snapshots, each designed using a modular grid system to information and images could be changed easily, while keeping visual consistency.
