I created a global illustration system built around connection for Hays. Each illustration is drawn using a single continuous line, representing the way Hays connects people, ideas, and opportunities across the world. The continuous line became a simple metaphor for connection, while being flexible enough to tell different stories. The illustration system (which included over 150 bespoke illustrations) was designed to scale, and be easily adapted by regional designers.
